Privacy notice

Sheetsure is the trading name of Andrew Wilcox, a sole trader. This short notice explains how we handle information for enquiries and paid work.

What we collect

From an enquiry, we may collect your name, business name, email address, the details you send about the job and any files you choose to attach. For paid work, we may also keep the agreed brief, delivery correspondence and payment or invoice details needed to run the service and meet legal and tax obligations.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer enquiries, assess and agree the scope of a job, deliver the service, communicate with you, take payment, provide support and keep the business records we are required to keep. We only use files and personal data for the job they were supplied for, and we ask you to send only what is needed.

How long we keep it

We delete files and working copies 30 days after delivery, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or to keep them longer. We keep basic contact, payment and invoice records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal and tax requirements.

Sharing and your rights

We keep information confidential. We may use service providers such as email, cloud storage and AI-assisted tools to deliver a job, with appropriate safeguards for personal data. We do not sell your information. You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or contact us about deletion or other UK GDPR rights, subject to legal requirements.
